WELCOME to Yoga to Heal!My brainchild of 5 years. Most think I started practicing yoga to become a teacher - well, they couldn't be more wrong!The reason is much more real - I couldn't sit in the office because of low back pain, I couldn't sleep because my elbow hurt, and I couldn't walk because my knees had a dull ache - all at the ripe age of 22.To top it all off, I got diagnosed with fibromyalgia, IBS-C, carpal tunnel syndrome, and severe anxiety. It was a cocktail of issues, making me wonder if I could ever be pain-free.Until one day, I found a video that helped me understand how to sit properly - and for the first time, I felt my lower back release.This simple movement acted like a spark, which started my never-ending journey towards understanding the human body.
I then spent several years studying, practicing, learning, and perfecting the art of yoga practice.What pose to do, how to do them, how to prepare for them, when to do them, why do them, the benefits, the side effects, their stories, their unique modifications - just about everything.And I put them all under the banner of 'Yoga to Heal' - a place not for expert practitioners, but for people who have never heard of a single pose, but know, in their heart, that yoga could probably help them feel better.I am acting as a bridge that does just that!Let's meet each other on the mat. <3

I track your progress, your range-of-motion, pinpoint your specific pain triggers, and adjust your alignment cues week-by-week based on data, not intuition. Spent your entire week hunched over a laptop, running on caffeine and stress?This is your weekly physical and mental off-switch. The Weekend Reset is a highly interactive, online group class designed specifically to reverse 5 days of desk damage. We sweep away neck knots, open up locked hips, and reset your nervous system so you can actually enjoy your weekend, rather than just recovering from your workweek.
what we do:
Decompress the Spine: Gentle, therapeutic flows to release shoulder-blade tension and reverse screen-induced slouching.
Hip & Psoas Release: Deep, passive stretches to open up the lower body and relieve the pressure of sitting for 40+ hours.

All Levels Welcome: No advanced flexibility required. Every pose is taught with clear, simple modifications using standard household props (like pillows or books).
